We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. No promo code needed – the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day
- Weekend orders are processed on Monday
- During peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account
- Going to "My Orders"
- Clicking on your order to view tracking details
Delivery Information
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has shipped.
Signature Requirements
Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you're not available, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for standard shipping only. Express and same-day delivery require a physical address.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We're working on expanding our international shipping options.
